What are you doing this weekend? Add running to the list!

The youth race is coming up this April 10, so make sure your kids and family members who are between 7-17 are training for it. We can all spare some time to do some kind of movement, be it running or walking or cycling or… Moving is good for the health, the body, the mind and the soul!
